Pragmatic Solutions Launches iGaming Platform in Ireland's Regulated Market

Pragmatic Solutions has activated its enterprise Player Account Management (PAM) platform in Ireland to support operators under the new remote betting licensing regime. The launch coincides with the commencement of licenses issued by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) on July 1, 2026.

The provider completed necessary platform configurations to comply with the Gambling Regulation Act 2024. The system now supports Ireland-specific workflows, including player onboarding, KYC/CDD checks, age verification, and anti-money laundering (AML) protocols. Operational tools cover responsible gambling controls, dormant account management, and regulatory display requirements.

Strategic Market Entry

Ashley Lang, CEO of Pragmatic Solutions, stated that Ireland represents a significant regulated market for client operators. She emphasized the platform's stability and compliance readiness as key factors for confident market entry. COO Michael Boylan noted that the launch relied on coordinated efforts across product engineering and operations to ensure local requirements were met from day one.

The PAM platform utilizes a modular architecture to manage player wallets, CRM data, bonus distribution, and fraud controls. Its API-first design allows operators to integrate preferred technology partners while maintaining a stable foundation for back-office operations and business intelligence reporting.

The regulatory framework continues to roll out in phases. Pragmatic Solutions plans to monitor upcoming requirements, including the anticipated B2B supplier licensing regime, and will update the platform as new obligations take effect.
